Ann is a Burlington, NC native where she began her real estate career before moving to the coast in 1989 with her husband Kenneth.

In addition to being a real estate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and part of the original sales team, Ann has managed the office for Cannon & Gruber, REALTORS since the company was established in 1995.

Her favorite pastime is exploring the shore and playing in the surf and sand with her grandchildren.  She also enjoys traveling, stargazing, surf & pier fishing, reading, movies, puzzles, Bible studies and her church.
