in Greenville, N.C. After several years of teaching, Carolyn has been in real estate sales full time since 1983.
Prior to moving to Carteret County in 1989, Carolyn was a broker associate with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and also The Rich Company real estate firm in Washington, N.C. She and husband, Billy, reside in Morehead City and enjoy all aspects of living near the shore.
A native of eastern North Carolina, Carolyn's affection toward the "Crystal Coast" coupled with her knowledge of the area contribute toward Carolyn's genuine desire to assist.
Carolyn is a member of NAR, NCAR, and the Carteret County Association of REALTORS®. Through the business, she is a member of Carteret County Chamber of Commerce and the Carteret County Economic Development Council.
She has been awarded the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Recreation & Resort Specialist and also received the coveted designation of GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute.
Carolyn and her former partner opened Cannon & Gruber, REALTORS in January 1995. She points with pride to her employees and Brokers in making the company one of Carteret County's most successful and recognized businesses.
