All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.
MARITIME WEST IS A SMOKE FREE CAMPUS! NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE GROUNDS! NO PETS
We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.
** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Our stay at Maritime West A-32 was very nice. we found it a little nicer than the one we stay at in May. The only downside was the sliding glass door to the deck. It was a bear to open--probably needs replacing. The condo is handy to Atlantic beach restaurants, a grocery store, and other stores. It has a very nice, wide beach that is easily accessible to the condo.

We have had several stays with in Meritime West property. All the furniture needs upgrade and there were stains everywhere --couch, sink carpet. The kitchen overall is very worn with stains in sink additionally the kitchen utensils, wine glasses, knives and pots and pans were very limited. Finally, the oven door broke (although repaired) inhibited our cooking one evening which in the times of COVID was difficult since we didn't want to go out.

This rental overall was pretty nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were dated, but the unit was in good shape and clean. The rugs and carpet in bedrooms could stand to be clean. We would love to stay again next year. We ate at Snapperz and loved it. And played mini golf at Prof Hackers. And as ways was fun.
