** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Unit was very outdated... full of mirrors, and every one of them was dirty... fridge had rust all over the bottom of it... sofa bed was atrocious. Rugs were very old and stained. Location was great.

Overall nice vacation. Amenitites are great for families. Loved movie night, on-site putt-putt and of course the pool. The unit is very outdated---but clean. Furniture could definitley use and update. And brightening the colors in the condo would do wonders.

This was our 6th year renting this property. Everything the same (for good or bad). We love the coziness of the place, but some might feel it needs an update. I was disappointed to find out the indoor swimming pool was under renovation. The indoor pool was always a huge plus for us, so its absence was sorely noticed.
Thank you for leaving a review. APAB indoor pool will be back up in running a few months. Unfortunately, it needed to undergo some repair work.
