I’ve rented for the past 7 years… so much money gone… I spoke with the receptionist (super nice) and she directed me to wonderful realtor, Rosemary Green. I talked to Rosemary about my credit concerns and eligibility in buying a home. She directed me to a top notch broker. I completed all the preliminary paperwork and received a call to start looking for my home. I called Rosemary and she immediately started looking for a home for me. I received emails of homes and calls. If there was a home to see, Rosemary was immediately making arrangements to see it. Rosemary was very supportive, solved immediate problems, encouraging and most of all very sincere and genuinely cared about my interests. Rosemary is an exceptional realtor without a doubt. This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation get away.
Amazing view, comfortable and clean condo, and very quiet area. We enjoyed everything about the stay; even our rain day sitting on the porch was perfect. The rental staff was very helpful and courteous, even made excellent dining recommendations. We can hardly wait til next year.

Very attractively decorated, comfortable furniture and a great view of Bogue Sound. Weather was very agreeable and we enjoyed many beach walks and walks in the pleasant grounds of Beacon’s Reach. Rental staff were also easy to deal with and always very friendly.
