is owner and Broker-in Charge of Cannon & Gruber, REALTORS®. Carolyn attended Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. and obtained a BS degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. After several years of teaching, Carolyn has been in real estate sales full time since 1983.
Prior to moving to Carteret County in 1989, Carolyn was a broker associate with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and also The Rich Company real estate firm in Washington, N.C. Carolyn resides in Morehead City and enjoys all aspects of living near the shore.
A native of eastern North Carolina, Carolyn’s affection toward the “Crystal Coast” coupled with her knowledge of the area contribute toward Carolyn’s genuine desire to assist.
Carolyn is a member of NAR, NCAR, and the Carteret County Association of REALTORS®. Through the business, she is a member of Carteret County Chamber of Commerce and the Carteret County Economic Development CouncilShe has been awarded the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Recreation & Resort Specialist and also received the coveted designation of GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute.
