All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS
We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.
** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

The condo has direct access to the beach and the balcony overlooks the ocean. It is well maintained, has a nice layout and was clean. Some rooms like the master bathroom and the balcony need refreshing. The shower in the master had no water pressure at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Vicky was very helpful when outside work was supposed to be done on our unit in the midst of our stay.
It would be nice if the property would consider providing a charging option for electric vehicles.

We love this unit. Great location, enjoy the beach decor and comfortable furnishings. The staff at Cannon and Gruber have been great to work with - always friendly and prompt about returning calls or responding to messages.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We had everything that we needed. The balcony door in the bedroom was hard to open, so we used the door in the living room most of the time. I would think about a new bedroom/balcony door, but there was an easy work around. All in all it was excellent!
