Over the years we have stayed in every 3rd floor Breakers B condo but one and this is our favorite! We especially loved the cozy carpets, extremely well-appointed kitchen and classy porch furniture. The only thing keeping us from a 5 star rating is no pull out sofa. The others we’ve stayed in had one but we ended up in this unit because our reserved rental was sold over the winter. Due to military service, one family member couldn’t join us so the lack of a pull out was okay, but we’d need to look elsewhere next year if he is available for vacation. 17 years at The Breakers! Thank you for a truly lovely visit in 2022!

This two bedroom unit was perfect for three adults. The unit is very well appointed and we had everything we needed at our disposal. The Screened in porch was very useful as the weather was not conducive to being on the beach itself. We would definitely rent this one again!

There was one maintenance issue that was handled quickly and efficiently, which is the norm from Cannon and Gruber, as they are one of the best management companies in the area.

This was our second summer stay at this property. We had the opportunity to compare B-32 to another Breakers property and were disappointed. In comparison B-32 was cleaner, more peaceful, more comfortable and the appliances were superior. The parking spot under the property is impossible because of the elevator structure, but that is not a game changer. We very much hope to enjoy B-32 at the Breakers next summer.

We had a very nice time. The location of the condo is excellent, and the layout very comfortable. It has a screen porch, and an open porch facing the beach which is a huge plus. The condo is well equipped and nicely appointed, and we really enjoyed our 3rd summer visit there. Cannon and Gruber quickly attended to any issues that we had. I highly recommend this condo.

Overall good. Parking for this unit was extremely tight for our vehicle. Master bedroom stayed hot and the place could use a little more cleaning but we would stay here again. We enjoyed the location very much.

We had a comfortable and peaceful week in Breakers B-32 and hope to return. It was clean, well furnished., and accurately described.The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The property managers at Cannon and Gruber always provide great service. The Aquarium is only a few blocks away and is very good. There are many restaurants within a few miles with the Crab Schack, Bahia, and Monkey Grill our favorites. We hope to return soon.

This condo was great. It is well-appointed, clean, and so close to the ocean. The location is central on the island. The kitchen is very well equipped. The porch looks right at the sea and is magnificent in its closeness to the water.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a large, cozy and clean two-bedroom condo on the top floor. Two balconies (one is screened-in) and the kitchen is better equipped with cookware than my own! So close to the beach. C & G was very helpful and quick to aid us when we locked ourselves out, and they sent a handyman immediately with respect to a couple minor damages with balcony doors. I would definitely rent this condo again. Very pleasant stay.

Pine Knoll Shores - The Breakers B32 2024-08-11

The condo was clean and right on the uncrowded beach. Our family vacation went off without a hitch.

The only slight issue is the parking for the unit is pretty tight. Any vehicle larger than a minivan would struggle to get into the parking space for the unit.

Overall we had a decent stay. The elevator was down for a couple of days, due to no fault of the property management company, which made staying on the 3rd floor a little rough for my family, but the views were excellent. The pool had too much shade due to trees, so the temperature is colder than you'd expect and I cleaned the pool on Sunday during our stay because there were too many floating leaves. The oven is 50 degrees cooler than the temperature you set it at, which made cooking the first time an adventure, but it was fine once that bit of information was figured out.

From the moment we walked inside we knew that we were going to have a great week. The unit was perfectly situated right on the beach. It was well appointed. Tastefully decorated. There was nothing that we needed that was not there. Kitchen was updated, lots of utensils and cooking supplies. It was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable.

Location was awesome! Spent our time going between the beach (right out front), to the pool (right out back) to the balcony to enjoy the beach in the shade! One balcony screened in, one balcony off master w/o screens. Condo had everything we could need and an elevator.

Great rental in need of a few improvements. 2023-08-16

This condo has a nice layout and great view of the beach. Walk to beach easy and short, however, steps to sand are leaning, and handrails are very rough wood and hard to hold. Kitchen was newly renovated and well stocked. Baths, while not as clean as they should have been, were also renovated. Carpet is stained, and needs to be replaced. Deck and screen porch need cleaning and refurbishing, but are a great asset for viewing the beach and ocean. Beach and water here are beautiful, and the beach was not crowded. Location is 15-20 minutes from numerous restaurants, and closer to the NC Aquarium which is well worth the cost and time to visit. I would definitely stay here again ,and if I do, I hope improvements I've mentioned will have been made.

Smartly appointed and on the beach! 2023-08-01

This was our first stay in this particular unit at The Breakers and I’m sure we will be back. We’ve never been disappointed with the location of these units. You literally ride down the elevator, walk through the garage, up the steps, down the steps and you’re on the beach. This unit offers updated appliances that really make the kitchen shine. There are loads of cooking and serving supplies for just about anything you’d need. Comfy beds and ample furniture make your stay relaxing and welcoming. We definitely recommend this unit!

This was generally a well-equipped and comfortable place. Comfy furniture, well-equipped modern kitchen. The carpet is in bad shape and needs replaced. The bathrooms, while functional, need updating. Love staying in the Beacons Reach area. Great beach, pools, and tennis courts.

Our vacation was cut short because of the threat from Hurricane Ian. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Breakers B-32. The oceanfront location, convenience to the beach and the sheltered parking were outstanding. The kitchen is very well furnished. We especially enjoyed having a covered deck and a screened porch with beautiful views up and down the beach. Very quiet during our stay.

The $500 security deposit and policy to return the deposit up to 90 days after checkout is excessive. This one policy is sufficient for consideration of another property for vacation next year on Bogue Banks.

Stay at Breakers 2020-07-27

Overall the stay was good. We have always gone through Cannon and Gruber to book our stay but this was the first time we stayed at the Breakers B-32. The unit was nice but could use a little updating. We did run into one issue and that was the cleaning. The one queen bed had dirty sheets still on them when we arrived. I didn't say anything because we brought our own sheets but feel like the cleaning crew needs to be aware. The only other issue was Cannon & Gruber triple charged us for our final payment by accident. This was corrected and we received a discount on our stay. However the only complaint I had was it was not done in a very timely matter and the discount was only done after I mentioned that they should offer me something for the inconvenience. Other that these things I would stay here again and would use Cannon & Gruber again because we have been using them for 13 years and never had an issue until this year.

Disappointed 2020-06-15

Unfortunately we were not too happy this visit with the condo.

We stayed in this condo summer 2018 and were impressed by how clean it was and the condition of the porches. Then the elevator wasn't done but we're excited to return knowing we would have the elevator making the location perfect.

However when we arrived we noted the porch was in disarray. Pieces of screen torn, some of it green with mold. The hall bath didn't have any water flow in the sink and the husband had to use all his strength to get the knob pulled out for the water. But before that we noted the tub was very dirty. When water started it came out brownish black, effectually it did flow clear. But because of the dirtiness of the tub we didn't use it. It was reported and someone from Security came by and confirmed what we had reported. Usually my parents come with us but due to Covid and their age and health they decided at the last minute not to come. Had they come with us we would've requested the repairs or to move us. Can't imagine during Covid how the tub wasn't cleaned properly.

Also during our stay, the only day we lingered in the morning in PJs- we were on porch, husband heard knocking, I didn't. When he got up the maintenance guy was already in the unit. Stated he needed to change air filters. He was asked to leave. We had no notice maintenance would be coming by. Had we not been home we would've had valuables out. You should notify your renters when maintenance is scheduled.
We won't be renting this unit again. It was very disappointing to have it go from a favorite rental to never again.

I found the location of the condo to be wonderful. It was clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Parking was tight due to the elevator but I would stay here again.n.The screened in porch drew my daughter right in. She was skeptical at first.

We had a wonderful week! The views from the balconies were spectacular. Perfect for morning quiet times, evening talks with family & viewing an occasional evening storm over the ocean. The unit was clean & perfect for our stay. The one true negative was 3 flights of stairs. It was quite difficult for loading and unloading. The elevator was not finished before our stay. The construction work started at 7:30 am, luckily it couldn't be heard in the master bedroom. There were literally 7 or 8 remotes to control devices. Could not figure out how to play the DVD player. No instructions provided.

We would definitely rent this same condo again when the construction work on the elevator is completed. We knew when we rented that there was no available elevator, however, we did not know that the construction blocked our parking places! B-32 should have been assigned alternate parking slots near the entrance.

Gorgeous and Relaxing 2018-07-03

Overall, we loved the Breakers. The views are fantastic, and it was nice to have both a screened deck and an unscreened one. It has every basic amenity that one would want. It's quiet and relaxing, which is what we wanted.

There were minor things missing, and it's good to see what's there and what's not before you bring anything upstairs. During our stay, there was not enough toilet paper & there were no trash bags, but just about everything else was there.

The major things I would complain about were the lack of an elevator and the lack of parking. Walking up to the third level is actually walking up 4 flights of stairs, since level 1 is a story above the ground. We were not told in advance or offered any discount for the parking spaces that were advertised being unavailable due to construction, and we had to carry our stuff even further.

The good news is that the construction was for an elevator. I would happily go back after the elevator's finished, but having to walk up the stairs with all of our stuff was nothing short of a nightmare. Definitely ask if the elevator's done before you book!

We had a fantastic stay at The Breakers B32. Everything in the description of the property matched what we found upon arrival. The unit was expertly clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time oceanfront. I can still picture myself standing in the kitchen looking out the sliders in the living room to the beautiful ocean. The rooms were all a nice size, it was perfect. We didn't even mind climbing the stairs to the third floor every day. The view was so worth it! This unit is not for anyone unable to climb three flights of stairs on a regular basis. It was perfect for us!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation get away. Amazing view, comfortable and clean condo, and very quiet area. We enjoyed everything about the stay; even our rain day sitting on the porch was perfect. The rental staff was very helpful and courteous, even made excellent dinning recommendations. We can't hardly wait til next year.

A Great Time 2015-08-27

As always, we had a delightful week at B-32. It is clean and comfortable, and the view is incredible. I believe we had a draining issue in one of the bathrooms, but the maintenance people took care of it quickly. We continue to wish there was an elevator in the B building, but the climb is good for us!

An average condo for the price. 2015-07-07

Overall it was a relatively good experience. There were a couple of bumps along the way however. The general condition of the condo was good but some things were old and needed upgraded. For example the coffee make leaked all over and was a yellow color which in my mind ment old. When we arrived we walked in and all the linens were still on the floor and within minutes the cleaners returned to finish making the beds. We had been told it was ready to go and it wasn't. You couldn't see out the back windows due to the salt. I ended up cleaning them. This should have been done by the workers, not me.

Otherwise the general condition of the condo was ok. The location was wonderful and parking was good too.

BEWARE however when leaving. Be sure to leave your keys AND PARKING PASS. This was my first time renting and granted it was highlighted in yellow to return both. But at 4 AM I neglected to leave the passes and was charged $50 for both passes. When I called and told them I'd have them in the mail, they said no need they had more made! Needless to say it was my fault, but they could have let me return the passes and refund my money when receieved. Not reall happy about that.

Your close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Great seafood also.

This was our third straight year vacationing in the Breakers complex having stayed in different units each year. The complex is great and the units are very comfortable and we will be returning next year and in future years.

We have spent a week at the Breakers (many times in B-32) every August for many years, and always have had an excellent experience. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the linen service was superior to prior years. We enjoy biking around the Beacon's Reach community and Pine Knoll Shores, swimming in the Breakers and community pools as well as the ocean, and walking along the beach. The screened balcony provides the best dining views anywhere, so we ate most of our meals there. We also had a wonderful meal at Cedars Inn and Restaurant in Beaufort to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Please note that the landline telephone has been removed, and should be deleted from the condo info on the rental contract.

The Breakers B-32 was everything I thought it would be and more. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was very close, quiet and absolutely no fighting for a spot on the sand. The pool was clean and not crowded. I would VERY MUCH recommend this condo to a friend!

Clean, great decor, perfect view. Kitchen well appointed and unit ranks #1 for us. We have been coming to Beacon's Reach for years and this has been one of the most pleasant stays. Easy wireless access. Overall, great unit and we hope it stays available to rent!

We were very pleased with the condo and its amenities. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare meals and the wine recrigerator was a surprise bonus. We knew there wasn't an elevator when we rented the 3rd floor condo and were apprehensive but the walk to the beach was very short which made up for the stairs. We would've liked a storage room on the parking level instead of leaving our beach stuff in the car. I don't know how old the mattresses were but it may be time for replacement. Sanitary Fish Market was good as usual. We walked out of Dockside in Beaufort because we waited too long for our ordermto be taken. Good thing we enjoy cooking for ourselves. Thanks for the electric grill.
